"As for many, our home was a huge investment for us both financially and emotionally. It wasn't easy for us to decide to move. Walter met with us several times over the course of two years to discuss when we should move.He never once rushed us or made us feel in any way that they just wanted the deal.When we did decide to list, the timing on our sale was critical. Other homes on our street were being listed and some had closed at undervalue. Walter timed it perfectly; creating an aggressive digital marketing plan, an open house strategy and beautiful photos/videos. He sold our home in one weekend!!! The other homes on our street are all still for sale!!!!Not only did he get a new high for the area (we lived in Petersburg) but, due to their successful marketing, they created so much competition that our buyer was willing to remove the appraisal, and inspection contingency because this new high price exceeded the comps. It was so reassuring for us to watch Walter’s extensive knowledge of the market, timing, marketing, photos etc all work together so successfully. Realtors matter.Also, its important to add that the selling of your home is often stressful and emotional. They advocated for us and we closed successfully. I cannot emphasize enough how much Walter addressed our every fear and concerns throughout the whole process.Also, he is really funny and we need funny when we are stressed :)"
